Pacific Autism Center regularly recruits staff to work as therapists. We have many levels of clinical staff and are happy to work with more experienced staff to determine where they may fit into our system. Pacific Autism Center staff are highly sought after due to the quality training they receive.

Pacific Autism Center has many therapist levels, and upward mobility and training are a focus for our staff. After all, how can you do a job you have not been sufficiently trained to do? With 3 therapist level positions, 2 program management levels and 3 Supervision levels, Pacific Autism Center offers plenty of room for advancement. Advancement is based on the length of time a staff member is with Pacific Autism Center as well as on their monthly and annual evaluations, their educational level, their ability to pass our extensive trainings and tests for each level, and their ability to perform as a leader and a professional in this field.
