Results

We provide private assessments for children who need a comprehensive independent evaluation. Our Clinical Director, Dr. Carol Nowak implements and supervises all assessments. The full assessment covers 4 areas: Diagnostic Evaluation, Cognitive Assessment, Language Assessment and Adaptive Behavioral Assessment. The specific tests used will be determined based on the child’s age, deficits and functioning level.

All assessments come with a complete report. The assessment process can take up to a week or two to complete depending upon availability and typically the report follows within 2 weeks.

Our Full Evaluations cost $750.00 plus tax. Depending upon the type of insurance a child has, a portion of the assessment may be covered. If you are interested in scheduling a comprehensive evaluation, please call the center at 808-523-8188.
