Results

We contract out for Speech Therapy services and they are implemented every week by Mary Marosovich, who is with Oahu Speech and Language Pathologists. We consult with our Speech Pathologist on all our students who have programs exceeding 20 hours.

We have a unique approach to working with Mary and she has seen remarkable success with our students as she is working with them weekly. Instead of Mary spending 30 minutes to an hour implementing speech services weekly, she comes in and works with the child and the ABA therapist so that all the language and programs she is working on are woven into the ABA program and worked on each and every hour of the child’s program.  This approach helps the child to make substantial progress weekly and we end up using our speech therapist to direct therapy as much as implement it.  In this way, we work hand in hand to help speed up the rate of success the child has in their language programs.  Indeed, this is a win-win for the child and all who want him or her to succeed!
